Youth Foundation Academy programmes are designed to support young people through fitness, confidence building, wellbeing, mentoring and personal development within safe and positive community environments. Sessions are structured by age group so every young person receives the right level of engagement and support at every stage.

Development pathway

From first movements at age four to leadership in adolescence, every session is part of a pathway designed to build complete young people — not just athletes.

Coaches who know the young people they work with — guiding, listening and modelling positive habits.

Older participants are supported into leadership and mentoring roles, shaping the next generation.
