A pathway from first steps to future leaders.

Four age-tiered programmes that grow with young people. Each stage builds on the last, layering fitness, discipline, wellbeing and leadership.

01Ages 4–5

Youth Mini Fitness

Building movement, coordination, confidence and fun through fitness. Playful, inclusive and engaging sessions focused on movement, games and positive social environments.

02Ages 6–7 / 8–9

Foundation Starters

Developing fitness foundations, discipline, teamwork and confidence. Supported by fun, engaging and inclusive sessions focused on movement, games and positive social environments.

03Ages 10–11 / 12–13

Performance Development

Supporting athletic development, resilience, wellbeing and personal growth. Engaging, inclusive and challenging sessions focused on fitness, athletics and positive social environments.

04Ages 14–15

Future Leaders Programme

Helping young people navigate adolescence, social pressures and personal development through fitness, mentoring and positive community environments.
